The Old Spaghetti Factory Reviews
It has been over 15 years since I had visited this establishmen. My wife and I stopped in for dinner tonight and the service was simply amazing (thank you Amy), the food was outstanding and we had the opportunity to visit at the end of our meal, with Jim the General Manager. Every aspect of our experience was really great. We’re thinking of going back again tomorrow. We go out at least once a week for dinner and try different places. This was the best yet!
So very disappointed. My family and I have been enjoying this place for decades. It has be our go to place for dinner as long as I can remember. I have tried to continue this tradition with my wife and kids. The Old Spaghetti Factory offers a nostalgic dining experience with delicious food. The "managers favorite" meal with mizithra cheese and rich meat sauce is a standout, along with the ranch pesto dressing on the salads. The bread loaf served is crusty outside and soft inside. All the food is made in house, including the sauces and different pastas. The salad dressings are also made in house. The service is amazing, with friendly and attentive staff. The general manager Jim checks on guests and is super friendly. The fun and friendly atmosphere makes it a great spot for families, a romantic dinner for two, or even a party. Many guests enjoy the outstanding food, especially the fresh pasta and homemade marinara sauce, and plan to return. Visitors often mention the great service, with staff like Karter and Lena providing top-tier attention and making the experience memorable. The restaurant's atmosphere, especially at the Salt Lake City location, is lively and fun, with the train in the middle adding a special touch for kids. Every meal comes with bread, soup or salad, pasta, and ice cream, making it an affordable choice for family and date nights.
