Both the iced mocha and croissant sandwich were tasteless and seems like sandwich came out of a package. The iced mocha was milk with some gritty powder and no coffee taste. Maybe we forgot the espresso?

They were not very welcoming. They were not rude. The Barista who took my order seemed a bit confused about what I had ordered but made sure I got exactly what I needed. The Barista who delivered my order did not smile, say thank you or make eye contact. They And also did not seem to understand the kind of sweetener I was requesting. The main clock is broken and does not work..

The windows are so tinted that I thought it was either a strip club or closed. No one acknowledged me coming in. I was sent to a counter for cream that wasn’t there. No decaff and in Salt Lake City no less. They had stickers and asked how much. Got told free if I download the app. I told her I didn’t live here and would love to advertise for them. She said well that’s the rules. Good little bee hive state drone I guess. Would not go there again when buzzing through town
