My beef Shwarma was super dry. I really wanted to like it. The humus was good. Bread was good. Rice was OK but the beef. Man o man. It sucked the moisture out of my mouth. I couldn't finish it. For the price point (with a drink $20+) definitely not worth what I paid. It was the first time I've ever had Mediterranean meat that dry (usually its tender, moist and succulent). Im assuming that didnt come off a kebab given how dry it was.
Beirut Cafe is a clean and cozy spot, and I really liked that they have an ice cream shop attached to it too! I tried the chicken shawarma, a side of gyro, and kibbeh. The kibbeh was absolutely delicious and my favorite of the bunch. The chicken shawarma was solid and came with hummus and bread, which made it a filling meal.
About halfway through, I felt like the dishes could use a bit more spice or heat—would be nice if they offered that option. Overall though,...

The chicken on a simple chicken sandwich meal was so good! It's flavorful and tomatoes, lots of sauce, lettuce, and pickles are included. The bread stays together even with the sauce. I loved the flavors and will be back!
