I was disappointed with my pizza. I ordered the SLC pizza and added grilled chicken. The SLC was described as "white panna sauce, basil pesto, marinated tomatoes, fresh herbs." I didn't detect any panna sauce nor pesto. There were very few tomatoes, and I don't think the chicken was actually grilled. It was essentially a lot of cheese on a thick crust (the crust was good), with a few tomatoes and chicken chunks dribbled on top.
We came to town for Brando Sando’s convention, and boy did we fall in love with the city and Bricks Corner.
When you are debating whether or not the pizza you just ate was the best pizza you’ve ever eaten, you need to leave a review. We got the Randazzo and the Brick House. Both were phenomenal. The crust is perfect and the sauce is top tier. Also, at $20ish per pie, it’s a great value. First time in Salt Lake but will definitely be stopping at Bricks the next time...

Our pizza came out cold. We asked for marinara and our server just forgot about us. He was friendly when we chatted with him but he didn’t really check in with us after we got our food. Super cheesy delicious edges but disappointed that it was cold and we were forgotten.
