The ambiance and decor is lovely. We had the chicken marsala and found it to be somewhat bland. The chopped salad was ok. The bread was average. This is really our only experience, so other dishes or pastas may be better, but we were underwhelmed by the food.
We came here with a group of eight for dinner at 6:15 and unfortunately had a very disappointing service experience. It took about 30 minutes just to receive our drinks, and once our food was ordered, one person's dish didn't arrive until nearly 20 minutes after everyone else's. To the restaurant's credit, they apologized and took that meal off our bill, which was very kind and much appreciated. The food itself was excellent—delicious, great value, and honestly...
Can't beat the menu, the flavors, and perfect portions. As much as I love small restaurants that cater to guests looking for incredible Chef's; Brio has available tables for the taking and Chef's that pull me back. We visit regularly.
