I was sooo disappointed in my salad today. Imagine being starving and excited for food, then sitting down to a salad that is essentially just a tortilla with a huge mound of lettuce... And nothing else. There were a few tiny scattered pieces of chicken and beans buried in small layer at the bottom. I felt like I was on the Utah Treasure Hunt picking my way through, trying to find the protein that was promised. I left as hungry as I came in.

This was a bad experience from start to finish. The woman behind the counter ignored every request I had for my burrito. Add queso please? Ignored. Add pico and sour cream inside? Ignored.
The tortilla is so incredibly thin that as soon as I attempted to pick it up, my fingers went through it at every point. Poor quality ingredients and all that cost $20... Absolutely insane.

(Purely service) First time having Cafe Rio. Decided to get the app and order ahead to save some time. There was no on in line when I arrived. At the to-go area my name was there saying food was ready but nothing was there. It took over 5 minutes before a worker asked what I was waiting on. Showed and told them.
