The staff and the food were amazing. The fajitas were delicious and the portions were huge! The queso and the chicharron tacos were the best I have tasted in Utah. The tortillas were freshly made and the salsa, rice and beans were delicious. Overall, an excellent meal with professional, kind and friendly staff. This will be our preferred Mexican restaurant from now on! Highly recommended, Thank you!

My family and I have been coming to Cafe slivestre for over 20 years at this point. I've tried most the items on their old menu(which was always very good) and now, working my way through their new menu(everything I've had has been excellent.) Most of the time our server is Stephanie and she is fantastic to talk with. She makes it feel like we are at home. We've always had excellent service with any of the servers there.
