We had one of our favorite meals in Salt Lake City at Carson Kitchen. From the very start our server, Nicky, was incredible. She was handling multiple tables while also making out drinks while also making sure we never went unattended. The food was always coming out hot and better than you would think. The grilled oysters, shrimp scampi, and steak were all great choices. To top it all off, the small but mighty dessert menu was perfect. You can't leave without trying the lemon...
I am always so impressed with this restaurant. Everything I order taste so good. This time I ordered the pot roast dip. Unbelievable. So moist, no fat. The flatbreads are also amazing. The staff are very helpful and attentive. I love the vibe at the restaurant.
We had the Wellington burger, it was really good and the fries were fab. We also had the Berra tacos, not the best connsume I've had but the meat was really good. The desserts were fabulous! Lime pie and the corn custard, oh my they were so good
