I called the Riverton store after placing an order through the Chip website, as the Toast system advised contacting the store directly for any issues. Instead of taking the time to understand or help with the situation, the employee immediately told me to contact Uber or DoorDash—even though I had not used either of those apps to place my order. How would I know which service was used if I ordered directly through the site?

Horrible customer service. I ordered nationwide shipping and only received half of my order. I’ve emailed and called several times and no response.
The last three times have have gone to the Farmington location the cookies were overdone and not good!
