A very cozy and charming place that you instantly want to come back to. I especially want to highlight the bartender — incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. I completely trusted his recommendation: I shared my preferences and asked him to choose for me, and it was a perfect match.
The Negroni was absolutely outstanding — perfectly balanced, beautifully served, truly top-level quality. You can tell it was made by someone who knows their craft.
Huge respect to the chef as well. Even the simplest salad we had in the evening turned out to be absolutely amazing. And that’s exactly where true professionalism shows — in simple dishes that everyone knows. Turning them into something special is real skill, and they nailed it.
Great quality, attention to detail, and a strong sense of professionalism throughout. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again.

Drove over on a Wednesday. Here's the sign on their store front, showing that they close at 11pm on Wednesdays, just like the hours on google say. Picture taken at 1005pm. No lights on, door is locked, drove over for nothing.

Citizens Cocktails & Kitchen has a lively downtown energy that makes it feel perfect for a night out. The cocktails were creative and well balanced, and the food held its own instead of just being bar snacks. I liked the modern, upbeat atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where dinner easily turns into drinks and a longer evening than planned.

Delightful cocktail program, definitely on par with peer bars in the city. Lovely decor and ambiance. Great local haunt for the neighborhood.

Way to rub it in all the non-citizen faces ! Give us a free appetizer or something ! They said you can’t come in if you’re not a citizens

Adorable lil spot. Plenty of room inside and seating outside as well! Well curated menu of cocktails and bites. Great vibes, can’t recommend enough!!

I’m gonna be honest the food was great especially the pizza but the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. Entered, no one to be found for 5-10 mins. Then was told we would have to wait to order. Got and ate our entire meal before receiving drinks. On top of all of that there was less than 5 other people there. Will not be back.
