I’m gonna be honest the food was great especially the pizza but the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. Entered, no one to be found for 5-10 mins. Then was told we would have to wait to order. Got and ate our entire meal before receiving drinks. On top of all of that there was less than 5 other people there. Will not be back.

One of the only bars in town that actually updates their menu with new and creative cocktails. The bartender Casey was fantastic, quick and friendly service

Fun bar!

This place needs bar rescue lol. Been here twice— the place is absolutely beautiful. Both times completely dead and both times waited a very long time to get ids checked because the bartender was in the back. Longest drink times i’ve ever experienced for an empty bar. Both occasions I visited I had to cancel my second round of drinks because they never actually made them after 15-20mins of waiting. I *really* want to like this place but it’s just not possible with service that bad— especially in a bar where you are one of the few customers. Overall review of citizens “womp womp”

Im really bummed we always try to come here around 4:30 and they seem to be closed. I don't think we will attempt anymore.

Food and drinks were great, but service was the slowest I have ever seen. There were two bartenders and 3 groups. They spent a lot of time chilling and stretching and wiping down the counters…had to actually go to the bar to pay.

the service was sooooo slow?? there was one employee it seemed and he spent a lot of time cleaning the counters. we were there over an hour and only got 1 drink. it's cute and the drinks were good but it was crazy slow

Had the best time at Citizens for Valentine’s Day with my girls! The cocktails were top-notch, and the service was just as impressive. The cozy-chic aesthetic and great music created the perfect vibe for the night. No wait at the door, even on a Friday, which was a pleasant surprise. Casey was absolutely fantastic. Expertly crafting our drinks while keeping the energy fun with great banter. Whether you're planning a date night or a girls' night out, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
