I am allergic to chicken eggs. I had their egg free sugar cookie and it blew my freaking mind! Then, to follow that, I had a bite of the vegan and gluten free chocolate chip cookie. Holy. Freaking. Crap. So good! Can't wait to try more.
Got a vegan cake for a birthday, it was tasty. A bit too sweet. There wasn't anyone to write the short message on the cake when we went on a Saturday evening. They do not sell candles.
City Cakes in Salt Lake City totally surprised me. Gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free… normally that’s the trifecta that scares me a little. I always expect something that tastes like it’s still in the experimental phase. But everything here tasted like real, legit bakery treats. The textures were spot on, which honestly blew my mind a bit.
