As a dishwasher/lifter and student the time and bandwidth they have saved me not to mention the choices and taste have kept me coming back 4-5 boxes deep. The new changes they've made allowing you to choose the amount and any selection from their monthly menu have made me a fan. I had two minor issues and they credited me the amount for the 5-6 meals effected.
Sadly, I had to throw out almost my entire order … Out of 12 meals only one was actually completely sealed and packaging on other items was damaged as well… this was mostly due to poor packaging and the dry ice not being sealed so it melted all over everything… didn’t feel comfortable eating most of it. This is a business worth doing business with. These folks are fantastic! The food, service, and customer service are exemplary! I have ordered regularly for 1.5 yrs. I just had the first problem with my delivery - missing items and too many substitutes. I reached out to get a resolution, understanding that humans make mistakes.
