“Great atmosphere with great workers! Their coffee was good I definitely recommend the one they are known for. Bakery items were good too. I had the cinnamon roll. I wish I didn’t live in Phoenix, Arizona otherwise I would make Roots my daily coffee joint!“

“In Salt Lake just for the day and in search for the best espresso in town, Blue Copper came up on multiple searches. Easy train ride in from the airport. Small shop with a nice chill vibe. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
Double espresso (Guatemalan) was well extracted and flavorful. Served with a small glass of soda water, nice touch.
I've certainly had better espresso but this one was pretty good and met my expectations.“

“Pros: decent tea selection, good coffee selection, drinks in glass/ceramic mugs, they offer resteeps for tea, large seating with upstairs and great natural lighting (so many smaller rooms), food menu offers gluten free! Avocado toast is big! Friendly staff brightens up your day!
Cons: gluten free bread is okay— too dense, tables aren’t wiped down atleast upstairs, wish they offered tea pots so I didn’t have to take my little mug downstairs for resteep ( but that’s me being picky)
Overall would come back, my cat likes the view of people watching.“

“Strong and well made coffee. Service was great and employees are very kind and approachable. I liked their merch so I got a hat for my father in law. He loved the hat, but it looks like his dog liked it more (pictured below). Will be back to get more hats“

“If you are looking for the best coffee in SLC, look no further. I tried them once and immediately put myself on their subscription service. Every roast, every bean I have tried has been an amazing cup of coffee. The only suggestion I have for them is this: please offer a French press in your cafe. Your coffee is magical and a French press would better an already amazing experience.“

“Absolutely delightful experience. Coffee was delicious, and barista was friendly. I asked for her suggestion and was a bit skeptical of the seasonal blueberry cold brew she recommended. But I was quite pleasantly surprised - it was wonderful. I would happily return and unreservedly recommend this shop to others.“

“The name Emigration Brewing Co is a little misleading. I would call this a restaurant that serves its own beer. They only had 6 or 7 beers, we tried the Pilsner and Nut Brown which were both solid beers. The service was a let down. We got seated, and it was almost 10 minutes before someone came and acknowledged us. Multiple employees walked by us while we were waiting. They had multiple people running food and seating people that walked past us.. We had beer and dessert, the apple tart was well done, but just kind of an okay visit.“

“I order my coffee from Jack Mormon coffee because it's the freshest best coffee I've ever had. I always order whole bean and grind it at home. somehow I accidentally ordered ground coffee (it changes the whole flavor for us) and they were so quick to correct it and send me a bag of whole bean. great company and great coffee!!“
