Current Fish and Oyster offers a delightful dining experience. Guests praise the chef's selection oysters and the seafood Cobb salad. The brazino dish was a hit, despite slightly undercooked beans. The fish and chips and shrimp and grits with a scallop were standout dishes, along with the creamy chowder soup full of large clam chunks. The French Dip sandwich was described as incredible and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The house salad is right-sized and makes a lovely transition from apps to dinner, while the affogato dessert is delish. Service is always great at this restaurant, with servers attentive without being overbearing. The patio offers a nice and quiet spot to enjoy the meal. With the return of the quality chef, the food remains delicious as usual, featuring fresh oysters and some of the best fish and chips.
