After a long day in the mountains my girlfriend and I were in the mood for a nice dinner, but didn't want to get ready to go out on the town. Instead we ordered in from Enigma and had an amazing dinner in the comfort of our home. The sous vide chicken was cooked to perfection, the Tri-Tip Ciabatta was one of the best steak sandwiches I've ever had, and the parmigiano mashed potatoes were a great side for both.
