I have been regularly dining at Finca Pintxos Bar before my shows at Eccles and am always happy with the yummy food and excellent service. Love the dates, meatballs, salad, and desserts!! I try to sit at the bar so I can watch them cook and visit. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I especially like visiting with Pete; he is talkative, helpful with the menu, and a great chef! Go check out Pintxos is you get a chance!!

Start with the positives: Wine was good Cerdo was good
Now negatives: Patatas bravas were inedible not cooked through Albóndigas were overcooked and rubbery Gambas were fine but clearly the quality of the shrimp was poor
Restaurant was pretty but Spanish food is all about quality ingredients of which they had few.

Here is what you need to do: pop into this place, order a Basque in the Sun, tapas (the toasta de setas!!!) and enjoy the vibe. Fantastic little tapas bar to set the stage for the rest of your evening. Super friendly staff (Kai?)

We had a private work dinner here tonight and it was awesome. The food was delicious drinks were different in a good way and the service was perfect! Such a great night and I highly rec for private parties as the space is just right.

I ordered every cold and hot pintxos dish. Every single dish was absolutely fantastic!
On the cold side, I really did enjoy everything. I used the Gazpacho as a palette cleanser and I suggest you do the same.
On the hot side, I once again enjoyed everything. My favorite was the Albondiga, a beef and pork meatball! It was so fresh and flavorful. The presentation was fun as well. The Cerdo and Datiles were also among my overall favorites.
I’ll have to come back and try more of their menu!
Such friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable staff! Great wine selections, pan con tomate, paella, and incredible chocolate torte. Will definitely recommend to friends and loved ones. I also voted for them as “City Weekly’s” Best of Utah 2024, Restaurant Salt Lake Valley.

The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable and the food is outstanding (my staples are cerdo and patatas bravas). I love the selection of wine and the fact that it’s always rotating depending on the season. This is a goto spot for wining and dining with the gals, or pregaming a concert/show, and the big glass windows make for some great people watching. One of my faves!!
