I’ve ordered both takeout and dined in at Hamachi Sushi, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best places in Salt Lake for sushi. The fish is always fresh, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients.
My favorite roll is the Billy Billy—it’s a must-try! The service is always great, and their patio seating is a nice bonus, especially on a warm evening.

I spent 2 months traveling in japan and this is just about the best place to get legit and authentic Japanese food in Salt Lake City. People are super nice and the atmosphere is really good.

Miso Soup was tasty, sushi was well presented. Prices are very fair and the location is in a great easily accessible location. Will come back for sure!
