I had the Flaming U and Baked Scallop rolls. -Excellent! Two of the most interesting sushi rolls I have ever had! The Flaming U is perfect for a date night surprise. Both rolls taste wonderful! The salmon on the flaming U had a light almost ethereal texture. And the sauce was sweet and creamy. There was a full pallette of color and fireworks going off in my mouth. The Baked Scallop roll was surpringly sweet and spicy with almost the crackled coating of a creme brulee' . Enjoy!...read full review
