Food wasn’t as good as before!!! Ice cream tasted frozen not very creamy! Maybe it was just today because every other time I go it’s way better hopefully next time we go it isn’t as bad. Food was good. Got to the speaker to order and was told they'd be right with us waited 5 mins. There was 5 cars in line and no answer on the speaker. I pulled to the window and the kid(s) sitting around laughing claimed they didn't see anyone in the line. 5 cars behind us and they didn't see the line.? Also you don't remember telling us you'd be with us in a minute.. service was not great
I have been going to Iceberg for 4 decades. They aren't what they used to be. Big shakes - yes. Quality - no. There isn't enough flavor in the shakes, and the mixing is rarely good enough. The top third was, and normally is, just the base flavor... vanilla. Their employees need to be trained better. Put out a quality product again - PLEASE, or I'm headed to Artic Circle again.
