My girlfriend and I had driven past this place a hundred times and away wanted to try it. Finally decided to pull the trigger. Was not disappointed. It’s such a cute little place with a good amount of history. Staff was super warm and inviting. She told us the story of the building and the owner. My family lives in Texas, so I’ve had a lot of good BBQ over the years and this place definitely lives up to the Texas name. Best BBQ spot in Utah that I’ve been to!
This place is a solid 4.75. Shared a 3- meat plate and the half-chicken plate as recommended by the server with spicy sausage, sliced beef and ribs. Every meat was done perfectly, with the shining stars being the chicken and sausage. They lost the 5 star on the sides. the food was abosolutely amazing the service was great the fact that the food was so tender it pulled right off the bone you couldnt ask for anything more also the homemade BBQ added intensity was amazing
