“I went to this restaurant at 9:30 PM. There were two people working Matthew and Kristina who were exceptional! Very friendly, filled our order quickly and with care then sent us off with a smile! At that time of night it’s was refreshing! When we got home the chicken, cole slaw, biscuits all tasted fresh!“

“My family and I often visit this KFC location due to its clean, friendly atmosphere. The food is always well prepared and tastes delicious. What truly makes our time spent here special, is the wonderful customer service we are provided from Justin P. He is efficient, attentive, and always makes sure we have everything we could possibly need. He truly cares about the satisfaction of the people who choose to dine at their establishment, and is always very polite and friendly to anyone he engages with. “Had to get me some yummy KFC. I stopped in; normally I just hit the drive-through, but I'd been in my work van all week. So I went into the lobby, which was kinda busy. I'm getting a little impatient, thinking, okay, I'm just gonna go elsewhere. Then I got a very nice young lady who asked me how I'm doing. I was about to be annoyed and say something about the wait time before I could say a word; I had this sense of peace come over me. Destinee was the employee who approached me. With her smile and simple kindness, she just made my day. I got my food - yummy! As I was leaving after eating my lunch, Destinee sent me off with again a simple farewell, smile, and kindness. I wish I'd had more time to chat. As I was eating, I had noticed she was helping others the same way. You guys are lucky to have someone like that working for you; she was genuine. You know, it seems like the simple hello and smile have left our day-to-day. I had a few stops before the end of the day and gave a quick howdy and a smile at my bank and next couple of interactions. Thank you, Destinee, for the reminder on how to keep it simple.“

“I’ve been in this store a few times. Food is never bad but your cashier lacks a lot of personality. I ran restaurants forever so I always look to see how someone salesmanship is or greeting robotic No salesmanship of the last three KFC have been to of offered me a soda for a dollar and I always take it. Did not take down a name. Just sets food on the counter. They package everything togo even though i didn't ask for it( this os killing your paper costs. Just needs a little fine tuning. Ill be back in a week or so. Good luck on the training“

“Maybe the best KFC I’ve experienced. The food was of the best quality, the order was correct and everything perfect. Unfortunately this is not always the case with different KFCs. I hope this location can stay consistent with what I experienced on my first visit. Ordered a 12 piece family meal. Great job I’ll be back!“
