The worst service ever!!! We just left. We tried to order at the box but no one would talk to us We waited and when the didn’t respond we went to the window. He refused to take our order. After insulting us. We drove off. Terrible. April 4. 7:30 pm. Need to be fixed. We love the product

DON'T GO TO THE 400 S LOCATION! I ordered a 3 piece box. Was not asked which sides I wanted and a 6 piece bbq wing. When she read it back she forgot the wings and I had to remind her of the honey bbq. When I got the box it only had gravy. I asked her and she said I ordered the one with only one side. SHE DIDN'T ASK ME WHAT SIDE I WANTED! There are only 2 options. The 3 piece with 2 sides, or the one with a cookie and one side. I'm either missing a cookie or a side.
