I had the opportunity to eat at Lofte's in SLC on a Wednesday. The other two restaurants that are in the immediate area by the Airport Hotels are closed on those days, so thanks for being open, Lofte's. I ordered the Ribeye Steak, it was a simple broil, butter finish and tender, very good. I just had to add a little salt for my taste . It comes with a simple house salad and choice of Pilaf or Red Skinned Potatoes. They let me sub for fries. I probably should have tried...

Well served. Two nights we had dinner. Burgers were great and salmon. Generous servings. Walking distance to hotel. Had regular hours, which other two restaurants near. there were closed a lot. Wished could be children friendly,but understood.
