Manka is a fantastic restaurant for lunch, with quick service and amazing quality food. The Carne Asada fries are a must-try, and the Bolivian Salteñas are delicious. The ladies working there are very nice and provide excellent service. They now operate from a food truck with the same great staff and food, although it's only for take-out with no seating. For a tasty meal with friendly service and a passion for cooking, Manka is definitely worth a visit.
