This is coming someone who has been to China and know Chinese cuisine and so if you don’t mind Americanized Chinese food this is your place but if you expect authentic then it not. The photo below is the “twice cooked pork” isn’t got and it ain’t twice cooked pork. Authentic doesn’t use broccoli snow peas or sweet sauce.

I think New Golden Dragon makes the best dim sum in Salt Lake City. They offer a wide variety of dishes, all served fresh and full of flavor. It’s an ideal spot for anyone craving authentic Chinese cuisine, especially dim sum. However, parking is extremely limited, which can be frustrating during peak hours. Still, the food is absolutely worth the visit.
