I love this restaurant for its patio and ambiance, great place to go have a drink and an app. Their mezze platter was great. I probably just suggest a mixed green salad for the menu. Their mains are very limited and ok. But I do love this place and will always go back.

I loved the ambiance of this place. But.. the food was not anything special. Borderline bad. My friend ordered chicken & it was veiny & cold. I ordered the lasagna & it was a really small portion for the price. I was so hopeful this place would've been better. I don't want to speak badly on the server because she was so sweet, but not attentive. Probably understaffed, which isn't her fault.

I was really shocked by the service. We had dirty plates on our table from our appetizers that were empty throughout the whole meal. One of our drinks came out completely different than what we ordered and we had to go inside to get someone to bring our check since we didn't see our server for almost 15 minutes. The food was fine, but not really worth the price. I would suggest going back to the drawing board on the focaccia, it was flimsy and really soft on the top. The patio is beautiful and the ambience made a good experience but everything else needs some work.

Usually Nono is a hit but this time they were struggling. I had made reservations for inside and they weren't able to accommodate that. Food took a lot longer than usual, silverware wasn't available, you had to ask for it and they gave us paper napkins. I overheard a couple who left early because something happened with their order and they just left. But I will say, typically it's a hit. Just maybe an off night

Nona's Bistro is a charming concept with undeniable potential, but our experience fell short of expectations. While the ambiance and setting hinted at something special, the execution left much to be desired. The Setting: The bistro boasts beautiful landscaping and a quirky appeal, nestled in what feels like a cozy backyard. However, the intimate vibe we anticipated was overshadowed by the sheer number of tables crammed into the small space. For couples at two-tops, the proximity to other diners—just a few feet away—made it impossible to enjoy a private conversation without raising our voices. Service: The service was, unfortunately, the biggest letdown. Despite the restaurant being busy, there was only one server managing over 30 patrons in a garage-like space. This resulted in extensive wait times: our visit stretched to 3.5 hours, with long gaps between interactions. Drinks were delayed, with only one round served throughout the evening because we saw our server just once every 40–50 minutes. Addressing issues, like a burned chicken entrée, proved impossible due to the lack of attention. The Food and Drinks: The menu features a good drink selection, but the food was underwhelming. The chicken dish arrived burned, and overall, the flavors failed to justify the high prices. Our order—a mix of two small plates, one medium, one large, a dessert, and four drinks—came to $160. While the cost might be reasonable for a premium dining experience, it felt steep given the subpar service and chaotic atmosphere. Overall: Nona's Bistro has all the ingredients for a standout experience: a unique location, quirky charm, and beautiful surroundings. However, the overcrowded space, insufficient staffing, and inconsistent food quality make it difficult to recommend. With better management and attention to detail, this bistro could shine, but as it stands, it's more frustrating than delightful.

We were bringing family visits SLC for the first time. The service was terrible. It took around 20 min for someone to come greet our table. After almost an hour we received our appetizers. The menu is already very limited and they said they had been out of the meatballs for at least a week. They were still out. We had 6:45pm reservations and didn't leave until 9pm. Our family was visiting from the east coast so as you can imagine with the time difference this was not convenient.

They were able to accommodate us despite a glitch on the reservation, and on a busy Saturday Food was excellent, ambience is cozy and welcoming, the service was world class Lives up to the reputation

Meals were sub par, not really a full meal, just a protien and greens. The kale salad with chicken did not include any chicken and then when I asked where the chicken was they double charged me for it. The arugula side salads included no arugula and were just spring mix. The restaurant was so cute and the cocktails were good.

I ate indoors by myself, and was seated at a communal bar heigh table. Staff was attentive, noticing my empty carafe and clearing dishes when I was done. Overall it was a nice experience.

Such a beautiful hidden gem!! My son is getting married here in June.... thought we had to check it out.Food was fantastic portions were huge. It was very busy, They may need another server or 2. My only negative is that they had no coffee after dinner!! Maybe investing in a French press would be a good idea.❤️

Opentable Diner

First time this place was awesome and romantic. This time the service was just horrible. 3 teenagers on their phones in the open or plain missing from the restaurant for 20 minutes. I had to ask for water too many times and then just had get up and get it. The dinner was cold after waiting 40 minutes. They never offered deserts because they were closing but no one would bring me a check! Sad for a Tuesday night.

We loved Nano! The food was delicious and all super well cooked and seasoned. The staff was all so great. It is pretty loud between the music and the constant crowd, but wasn't a big issue. We will definitely be going back

Amazing time here! Food was awesome, and the environment of the space was so cool - the stone interior was so unique and made the space really cozy + intimate. Highly recommend the focaccia starter

The food was ok but not quality to dollar charged. It was so loud our family of four - who was together for the first time in months - couldn't talk and hear.

The restaurant was closed for a private party and never bothered to let us know. We had reservations weeks in advance. So disappointed.
