Restaurant was unexpectedly busy at an odd hour but the single waitress they had did an amazing job keeping up. Rare beef pho is my go to but my husband got a seafood noodle soup and the pork in that was amazing.
I went with a coworker for lunch and this place was perfect for that. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. We were in and out in less than 1/2 hr for lunch. We both ordered the pork vermicelli bowl with egg roll and everything was great. I will be back to try the pho and banh mi.
Best pho broth i have had in the valley in years! So rich and savory even before you add any herbs or sauces. We ordered in and i still can’t believe it was so delicious and fresh after the 30 minute drive. The steak was a super tender and raw (i hate it when they give it to you already cooked). Steak stayed super tender even after adding to the broth— a quality cut.
