I've been going to Pho Bien Hoa for decades and they used to be amazing, but the last few times I've gone the broth has been bland and flavorless.
I'm not sure if there has been a change in management or the recipe, but I probably won't be going back. I'm really disappointed and I'll miss going there.

Restaurant was unexpectedly busy at an odd hour but the single waitress they had did an amazing job keeping up. Rare beef pho is my go to but my husband got a seafood noodle soup and the pork in that was amazing.

My biggest complaint is that their air-conditioning was out when I got there and then their lights went out for the while I was dining and never came back on while I was there dining. We were all so hot and sweaty. If that continues...
