Why in the world is this pho hot spot rated an overall 3.8? I dropped in twice after shopping at the Chinese Market and both times found it to be exceptional. Both times I ordered rare beef and meatball pho and both times it was delicious! And the service was excellent and kind. Hope you enjoy it as much I did.
My go-to Vietnamese restaurant in Utah! Not only are their dishes yummy, but they have a lot of traditional Vietnamese dishes you don't find at most Viet restaurants, especially the ones in Utah. I typically order their Bun Rieu (super good), but this visit, I decided to try their Hainan Chicken. So delicious! The chicken and rice had great flavor. Their pho, from the soup to the meats and the noodles, is slurp-the-whole-bowl good! I also like how they always accommodate...
The bun bo hue here is really good — flavorful and satisfying. My only complaint is the waiting time; it took longer than expected. Definitely worth it if you’re craving authentic taste, just be prepared to wait a bit.
