The short and focused menu at Provisions makes ordering easy. Adding a spicy kick to my pork Ragu was perfect, and my wife's flat-iron steak was perfectly cooked. My peach sorbet/custard, multi-layered dessert was exceptional, but no desserts are listed on the online menu. Why? I would suggest better by-the-glass wine offerings, as well. Too many blends, not enough variety. How about an Alsatian white (Pinot Gris, Riesling) or a red Zinfandel or Syrah to go with the spicier foods? Although short-staffed when we dined, the service was excellent! I've always enjoyed my meals at Provisions.

I am always happy to recommend Provisions when I have friends in town. We had a wonderful dinner, made, especially excellent by our server, Tina, who had exactly the right amount of attentiveness and ease in her assistance. We had a variety of food and drink options, some of which were recommended by Tina, and always delicious. The only issue for me was the placement of our table, a two top in between two 4-top tables top tables on the restaurants east wall. It made conversation challenging and on a Friday night, it resulted in a lot of overlapping chatter on our table. Thank you for a nice experience overall.

I always love finding a new restaurant and I'm always a little hesitant, but Provisions did not disappoint one bit. Cooper (aka Tina) was fabulous. Great sense of humor. Great service. The food was amazing!!! Full of flavor and a wonderful selection of innovative dishes. Started with the Crispy Fresh Duck Rolls and the Blistered Shishito Peppers. Excellent! I had the Roasted Cauliflower which was amazing. (They have a great selection of Gluten Free) My son had one of the Wood Fired Pizzas and my daughter in law had the Pappardelle. They loved both. The Dark Chocolate Pudding for dessert was fabulous. Loved the atmosphere and it's truly a neighborhood gem. I don't live in Utah but it will definitely be a restaurant I will try each time I'm there! Kudos to Provisions!

I understand and value local sourcing and fresh food. So it delivered on that. But the food quality was just a basic “good,” service was mediocre at best, so the overall value for a $120 brunch for our family of 4 was not great. The place is cute, but - in this case - cute comes with a price that I'm not excited to pay again any time soon.

Service was fine. Everything was brought out at a timely manner. Waters were filled. The place was fairly empty for a Saturday brunch at 12PM. Staff was friendly and only had to wait for a host for a minute or two. Food on the other hand was not a great experience. The batter on our spicy chicken sandwiches (qty: 3) and the chicken and waffles were way over cooked, pretty much burnt. The waffles were also salty. I had requested the chicken for the waffles to be remade and it was much better but the pieces looked like the bottom of the crumbs. The ambiance itself was very cute. Overall, I do not think we will return unless quality of food improves.

I came towards the end of Sunday brunch. I was seated promptly and then ignored. After 10 minutes I got up and asked to be served. Service was quick after this and the food was delicious.

It was a small menu. I would've liked more selection. The bacon wrap dates were delicious for an appetizer. The service was great.

Awesome

Wonderful attentive service. The duck appetizer was superb as was the branzino which 3 of us had. The cucumber side was very spicy and suggest guest add their own red paper to taste. Cream cheese ice cream was awesome as was the fruit crumble. I wish there were more choices of cocktails that were not quite so sweet, overall terrific meal and experience

Dining out in SLC often disappoints, but Provisions is the exception. The service is top-notch, and the food is consistently delicious. You can tell the chefs care about quality and doing things the right way.

As always, food was excellent at Provisions. The hamachi and duck rolls are outstanding. And our server, Joseph, was also very good -- helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly, Provisions is our fave. Kudos to Tyler yet again!

I had the avocado toast with hard boiled egg and it was an incredibly small portion with just a tiny bit of eggs on it. Very disappointed!

This is the second time we dined here. We came back because the first time the food was outstanding! This time not so much. The Branzino fish was super thin overcooked, the rice was crunchy and dry.

We had such a wonderful time. Such great service and the food is creative and delicious. Highly recommend this place for dinner, lunch and brunch.
