First time in today and absolutely loved it. It's magical! 2 stories of tables+ chairs. The barista was so kind to make my coffee extra sweet for me since I'm pretty new to it! Could've stayed here all day. The coffee and blueberry muffin were delish!
One of the best coffee shops in SLC, Publik Coffee Roasters serves expertly crafted espresso drinks and delicious pastries. Their avocado toast with house-made sourdough is a favorite. The minimalist, industrial-chic space is perfect for working or catching up with friends. The baristas are knowledgeable and passionate about coffee. The parking on the street was full both times but there is a parking lot for Publik on the side of the building that I was able to find parking for.
Would definitely go back again.
