This place is a goldmine of coffee. Bought a pound of the regular colombian and the Ethiopian natural. Both are fantastic. Never knew coffee could have such complex flavor profiles until now. From the friendly staff to the calm and beautiful atmosphere, SLC roasting company is top notch. Give them a try you won't regret it. Thank you!
Most favorite joint for studying. I appreciate the tall tables I can use to stand to work if I get sick of sitting. I wish they were open later for the student population here... they'd take Coffee Break's late night business immediately. Buy your beans here if you brew at home. Vegetarian and vegan options available. Vegan chimichanga is my go to-- wonderfully spicy and filling.
SLC has a lot of good coffee shops these days but Salt Lake Roasting is still among the best. Tons of different tasty roasts available and several decaf ones, which is a rarity. Great throwback vibe inside too!
If you like black coffee and not just sugary espresso drinks (although they can do that too), definitely give this place a visit.
