I've resided in the south in the past and have some knowledge of a southern kitchen; while the customer service was exceptional, I was told the food had been changed ever so slightly to accommodate the Utah palate. Unfortunately, it was to much of a change from the standard to satiate my southern comfort carving. The food while delicious: had the bacon cheese grits, fish fries, and fish basket it was just missing that creole and/or Cajun flavor hence the rating. It was good...

Everything was extremely tasty and had outstanding flavor! Yes the food is a tad bit on the pricey side but worth every penny. When they're busy wait times do very, but its worth the wait because every item is made fresh!
