This restaurant is no longer open at this location. The name is prominently placed inside the mall as if this location were still open. I called the number listed, the answering machine was still active but not able to receive voice messages..... the mall security advised me that the location was closed. I attempted to eat at this location to share my 18th wedding anniversary with my wife, none the less we settled for take out as the Cheese Cake Factory across the street had a 75 - 90 minute wait. A last the trip wasn't a total loss, we spent the day with a nephew and sight seeing Salt Lake City.

Came here last summer with three others. The food was on par with other locations and other Brazilian steakhouses (such as Fogo de Chao). However, two of us got food poisoning just an hour after we left. I had work afterwards and had to leave early, then went to the hospital the next day. Would not recommend.

My wife and I decided to visit here after recommendations from friends. We reserved a table over lunch on Valentine’s Day in order to avoid the evening chaos the exists at most venues.. Our first impression was not great since we walk in from the front entrance at City Creek Mall, we where promptly ignored by all servers until we flagged an employee down, much like an air traffic assistant flagging down a plane at the airport... We were then briefly reprimanded for using the wrong entrance and directed to the hostess, who confirmed our booking and showed us our table. The second chapter of our visit was superb as Kyle our server and the entourage of “meat slicers” were friendly and professional! The skewered Sirloin was world class, the salad station was fresh and the Lobster Bisque was on point?.. Overall a pleasant Valentines dining experience for the Missus and I.. Good save, Obrigado!

Surrounded by people in sweats, a blogger recording his meal, and too loud to have a conversation. The floor was gross and slippery. Our server was great, but the service received from the guys with the meat were terrible- one managed to get meat in my drink and another reached across another diner to drop a sausage on my plate.

I've been here multiple times and it's never disappointed but I bought some gift cards for a friend and he attempted to come with his wife on a Thursday evening and they were denied service. They were denied in a very unprofessional manner and he decided it wasn't worth their time to try again. It's definitely not what I have experienced in my yes here but as the one who recommended he go here, I was sad to know they weren't treated well or accommodated.
The food was so so. I was expecting way more for the price. Rodizio is way better and the price is better. I also had to ask 3 times for my soda and finally got it as we were finishing up our meal. Was not impressed at all.
We eat there quite often. This time we sat without any service of meats for almost 15 minutes and waited for our check for almost the same amount of time. The food was good but the big gaps in service made it a mediocre experience.

Excellent service. We were seated right away. The waitress was very attentive and fast. The manager stopped by 2 times and even brought us our drinks. The meat was perfect and plentiful, hardly any wait for the servers.

Having been to many locations of this brand, this location would score the lowest of the ones I have dined. many times the meat servers would pass our table without any offering and more frequently had to flag them down, especially on a slow Monday night. I asked about the getting lamb chops and i was told by one staff that they don't have it because of change in distributer and cost. I asked the same question from my server I was told its too expensive to serve so they don't serve it... wow, what an answer....there should have been a sign in the front, notice on company website that this establishment charges you a full price, but won't serve you Lamb chops. this way as a consumer I have a choice to either dine or go somewhere else. The whole experience was subpar, have you send a mystery guest to Fogo de Chao. maybe they should open a location and take you out of business or have you come to senses and provide a better service and food. I can tell you this served as my last time in any Texas de Brazil. GO FOGO DE CHAO

Truly an excellent dining experience!! The staff was amazing, the food was out of this world!! Kyle is the best server in the world! As weird as it sounds I also reccomend the spring water. Will come back and will reccomend to everyone I know.
