I always liked this place when I come to SLC but the food this trip was horrible. Prime Rib only slightly tender and tasty around the edges. The rest was tough and flavorless. Side mash potatoes and thin green beans barely edible. I wish I had only ordered a large bowl of mushroom soup and stopped right there because it was wonderful . Service was good but overall the food sucked. My brothers food was no better. Neither of us could eat half what was on the plate.

They used to have the best French toast in the world and I’d buy it 3+ days A WEEK but then they changed it to regular old Texas toast French toast instead of the yummy French bread, French toast and it’s disgusting and I’d rather have the old bread back! Thanks A lot Biden! bring the old bread back!

They even substituted the parfait yogurt for Greek yogurt.Dietary restrictions: They had no problem substituting the yogurt in the parfait for Greek yogurt.Kid-friendliness: They were very sweet. Coloring page and crayons, kids cups, and a kids menu they enjoyed. The waffle even came out looking like a little animal.

There are some places that you say just feel comfortable and you feel at home well this hotel and Cafe is it for me. I love the food. I love the atmosphere ? I love everything about it. I am grateful for this home away from home and the peace I feel when I enter those doors. It's how they make you feel that makes you want to be there.#neverstopdreaming
