I don't have access to a restaurant with gluten free pizza that is celiac friendly near me. My work ordered one of the Pies gluten free pizza that is prepped separately. It was absolutely wonderful to be able to have a real restaurant quality pizza for the first time in over a year. This was absolutely amazing. I can't get over how satisfying it was to have this.
I love the Pie and have ordered from them many times. Tonight I ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza with no chicken which I know is a weird order and was disappointed when it arrived and there was chicken on it after all. Normally I wouldnt say anything but the chicken is hard to pick off since it is under the cheese and I didnt want barbecue sauce with dough.
