Went for breakfast and dinner. Both times the service was great. But food quality wasn't. The market flatbreads were $11 cheaper and tasted better. Online menu and the QR code at the table had an old menu with items on it that were no longer available. Just go the the Spanish restaurant upstairs.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Salt Republic, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! I ordered the Caesar salad with a flat iron steak added, and it was the perfect amount. The steak was flavorful and tender, though I would recommend cooking it just a tad longer for those who prefer it well-done.

The setting was lovely and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed meal. One small suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours...

I usually don’t leave reviews, but our server was the best Jiam made or last night in town so fun and memorable! The level of care that we experienced was phenomenal. We celebrated my friends birthday here! I had the campfire Ragu and had a bite of one of the Wagyu pastrami burger both were incredible. We will definitely be back when we are in town again!
