This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel restaurant. The food is delicious and the cocktails are bar none the best I’ve ever had (and that’s saying something, visiting from Reno, NV). My daughter was here for a clinical trial at the U of U. They went out of their way to accommodate her at the restaurant and and our servers would even take some down time to sit and talk about why we were here. They honestly took an interest in US. Servers were lovely...
