We walked 30 minutes to eat at this place. They were closed when they said they were open. It's not that difficult to keep accurate hours posted online, guys. Eff this place.

Unfortunately this place is closed. According to a staff member at the Midvale location, it's been a few months. Annoying that the owner did not bother to update the hours in Google maps. Would have saved a trip from the airport on a stopover to get dinner! So go to the other locations for their really good wings.

There's a sign that says leave a review and get a free half chip. Taylorsville specific we have come here a few times and it's never good. It always stinks like your grease traps need checked. We only ordered 12 wings.. they came out cold and over cooked as usual. For sure our last time here. Please give my free half chip to a drunk customer who needs to soak up their alcohol 😘

Went during my lunch break after noon. TWC said it was open since 11. It was closed. Ruined my lunch time.

Was trying to go on lunch while working after seeing it was open on Google and Apple Maps to find out it’s closed. Absolutely disappointed and sad I can’t get wings. At least change your hours online so you don’t waste people’s time.

I moved away from Utah a few years back. I recently came back for a visit Utah and decided to check out trolley wings. This used to be one of my favorite spots in Sugar House. However, the quality has significantly changed. And not in a good way. Service is horrible, quality of food is worse.

This location is… weird. I have been to the other locations and enjoyed it but this one is just not it. The server was unfriendly and seemingly bothered by us being there, even though we were the only 2 people there. The tv was BLARING which is unnecessary for how small the trolley car is, and how few people were there. And the wings were literally just stuck in an air fryer and served with some sauce and a carrot stick and cost $16.

I absolutely love trolley wings and the wings here were excellent. However, I definitely won't go back to this location. There's only wings (no apps or anything other than wings) and about 5 drink choices. There's only like 8 seats inside the trolley where the music is blasting way too loud to have any conversation. There is outdoor seating, but no covering, so effectively useless in the summer. They require scanning id, which is normal, but I suspect necessary especially here given the nudity pictures on the ceiling. The trolley is manned by one person, so I suspect with even only a dozen people, the food wait could be quite long. Overall, I'd recommend just driving the extra ten minutes to a different location for a much more enjoyable time as a whole.

Jade is a sweetheart. I loved connecting with her and I loved her custom cocktails.

Jade is the most attentive bartender. Spot on with requests and definitely knows her ingredients. She always helpful with finding the right cocktail if needed and is super sweet and friendly when helping with drink choices. This is the original TWC and I love that it still exists. I wish this location had more days/hours of service, but I get it with the economy these days. I would definitely frequent more often if it offered more days of the week option.

The service was so slow we asked for our check 1 1/2 hours after not receiving our food. It took 45 minutes to even receive our drinks and the large order of boneless wings came with maybe 10 small pieces. the vegan wings I got had tiny pieces the size of my fingernail and very few larger chunks. Not coming back as this place has gone so far downhill.

Google seems to be a little out of date here so let me provide a few updates: TWC's current hours are thurs-sat, 11AM-11PM; closed sun-weds; they hope to return to the regular 7 days/week schedule when the weather picks up. They are no longer cash only! There is a small fee for credit cards though so bring cash if you have it (your bartenders will appreciate it too ;)). There is no phone but you can still place to-go orders in person. They only serve wings at this location (bone-in, boneless, and vegan); it's a very minimal kitchen space so definitely more of a place for beer and cocktails with wings, while the other locations have more expansive food menus if that's your thing. The trolley is located outdoors in the center of Trolley Square. Cheers :)
