the urban lounge is a great establishment I went to the stryper concert there last October the staff is cool, I remember it when it was the holy cow I met Great White there with the late great Jack Russell. keep up the good work guys
One of the funnest venues I've played at. Definitely would recommend again!
Terrible customer service and management. This business cares more about money than customer satisfaction and experience. They don't empower employees with the authority to help patrons. Stay away.
