5 star every time! This is hands down my favorite vegetarian ramen in Salt Lake City. Even with their small menu they have plenty of options and customizations, including vegan and vegetarian choices. Daily veg ramen + vegan gyoza is my go to order. The ambiance is the cherry on top, it’s quaint and always packed, for good reason.
Some aspects of the ramen surprised me. The pork had some crisp to it which I haven't come across before. The broth did seem slightly bland, but for going out for simple ramen it's great.

We've only done takeout from Yoko, but the food was wonderful! The gyoza is homemade and DIVINE--don't miss it! The chicken ramen is also stellar. Although the pork was the low point for us, it was still well above average by the standards of ramen in the U.S. We arrived at close so the staff was pretty distracted. Wish there'd been a bit more warmth in our interactions, but can't wait to go back and get the full (dine-in) experience soon!
