Oh my...where do I begin? The food is so so delicious. Just finished a dinner of Salmon with roasted veggies topped with coconut curry. You know when you are already full but you want to keep eating because it just tastes sooo good? That it. We tried the Seitan Pot Pie last week and it was equally savory.
