Adam the bartender gave wonderful service. We planned on having lunch. Unfortunately we only had drinks and left when a server name Ann (Jamaican Lady) became extremely rude. Yelling at us the customer. She caused a big sense. Totally not professional.

Overall, an ok experience for an airport dining. Located by B3, if you are going to be near the first B gates, it's a good choice. My able was.a.bit wobbly, but usable. I went with the fish n chips, and it was good. Fries are good size and crisp. Fish was crispy and delicious. Fast service. Prices are typical for an airport around $20 a.dish.

the cocktails we got were very good, however the server Jill was VERY rude to us and was not treating us well, at one point she muttered something under her breath directed towards the drink that my fiance ordered. I am very unhappy with the service we received as it was cold and uninviting.

Very rude waitress, would not wait while i looked at menu to order a drink. Did not appreciate the attitude. Would not recommend at all.

Sarah was nice, attentive, and super helpful. Unfortunately the Mac and cheese I ordered was disgusting… advertised with crispy onion straws, but came with none and just some shaved cheese instead. The jalapeños were just out of a can, the noodles were slightly undercooked, and I did find a small hair in the food as well. They were nice enough to take this off my tab without being asked too as I didn’t eat any of it after finding the hair. I would stop by again for a drink or too since it’s local brews, but pass on the food.

Burger was tasty but the bottom of the bun was hard. Really hard. And chewy. Not good. Fries were good and the service was ok.

That might have been the worst burger I’ve ever had. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. Super stale….

I Had the Worst Experience here ! I will Never come back here i had the Worst Server her name was ANASTASIA very rude and didn’t want to take my order Properly very Unprofessional she Needs to be Retrained no Customer service at All.

I was waiting for a delayed flight & reading at the bar. Jill was attentive & responsive. I asked a couple of questions & she was engaging with knowledgeable responses to my questions. I had an enjoyable experience. While I was there, a man sat down a few bar stools over. He was on his phone when he sat down. Jill came through & asked if she could help him. He literally held up one finger like she was his personal paid help. He later told her that SHE was the “help” & therefore his behavior could not be considered rude. What is wrong with people? She was gracious throughout the incident & calmly professional. The man was just acting like an entitled prince. Every other interaction I witnessed between customers & Jill was fantastic over the 2+ hours I waited for my delayed flight.
