I’d give zero stars if I could. Never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. Called ahead to ask if they accepted trade-ins for cards. They said yes, and that was the end of the call. Arrived at the store and was initially accused of calling the wrong store, and then when the buyer finally admitted to speaking to me on the phone, I was given attitude and not informed until that exchange that they don’t do card exchanges on Saturdays.
