I always have an amazing experience with the Sandy location. I was there tonight, 10/25/24, around 6p and the employees I encountered were so friendly. They went above and beyond. I wish I had their names. I did express an issue I had with finding some flavors, especially Lemon Bar, on the Handels website for an online order or through DoorDash. She states she would bring it up to try to have it fixed for me in the future.
Really yummy ice cream place it’s of options. Although the staff here was just not efficient, looked like 5-6 high school kids running the place and they were slow and confused and wouldn’t call people up to help when they were free. They sure need a little guidance.

Handel's never disappoints! Also, the young women working when we were here were surprisingly efficient and energetically friendly. Huge props to them! They had so many people walking up at the same time, we were kind of lined out the door. And even with helping us make decisions by getting samples and such, they got through the 4 or 5 groups of people who'd walked up at the same time with remarkable speed and efficiency while still somehow being personable and friendly....
