“I ordered 7 pizzas online for a party.
When I got there I noticed that I had made a mistake on one of them, and made a sigh in my disappointment in myself. The manager heard my sigh and asked if something was wrong on the pizza and before I could even tell him that it was my fault he was offering to help. When I explained that I meant to order the same thing, but in a larger size, he was more than happy to make me another with a smile on his face.
I think his name was mason, but it has been a couple days since then.
But shoutout to mason and the customer service he provided!

“The teens who work here are always super friendly and kind. They acknowledge you when you walk in the door, are super personable and make the atmosphere feel very welcoming. My husband and I are always super impressed by them! Their parents and manager should be proud. 🙂“
