“Absolutely delicious and authentic Peruvian food. I’ve been looking for an Aji De Gallina dish like my Tia’s and finally found it! My group got 4 different dishes; lomo saltado, pollo a la pobre, arroz con pollo, and ají de gallina. By far, every single one was deliciously authentic and fresh. Not to mention massive portion sizes to leave you with leftovers, in true Peruvian fashion.“

“I always come here for lunch! The food tastes just like back home, super authentic. Sometimes the wait is a bit long when you order to go, but overall it’s really good. The menu is great :), it comes with a drink, appetizer, and main dish. Totally recommend! 🥹“

“Okay but I need to say this, La Casa de la Empanada is so worth the stop.
I was actually starving when we went in, and one bite in it was instantly worth the wait. The masa was perfectly cooked, a little crispy on the outside but still soft inside, exactly how it should be.
What really stuck with me though was the experience. The woman running it was incredibly kind and welcoming, just a genuinely warm person who made the whole visit feel special.
It’s the kind of place that leaves an impression beyond just the food. Already excited to grab more when they start popping up at the farmers markets again!
