For some reason the Cooks do not understand the word Bacon. When I order the Breakfast Burrito I ask the waitress if I could just have Bacon. They say yes no problem. When I get my order there's no Bacon just sausage. I do not like sausage. This happen several times. Then three weeks ago I ask if I can have two egg Omelet with Bacon no ham. The Omelet came with ham no bacon. Today was a Miracle the waitress Haley I'm not sure what she did. My order came back correctly. I had the two egg Omelet with Bacon.

The food (omlet and country potatoes) were almost cold. Luke warm at best. The fruit cup had unripe melon. Poor experience

Went for breakfast before heading home! We both ordered off The Lil Less menu! Waitress was attentive food was good!

First time at a Black Bear Diner and probably the last time. Staff at the check in were nice and we were seated right away however our sever Brittany is where the problems began. She was very unfriendly and came off as annoyed at having to deal with us. More problems came as she was no where to be seen for the remainder of our stay with one exception of talking to a regular and discussing how his ticket had gotten cashed out and paid by another table and he would need to pay the other tables ticket. Seems completely unacceptable. Once food arrived we asked for refills and a small container of gravy for a biscuit which never showed up. We had to go ask other staff members to assist since again our sever was no where to be found, since no one was there to help we decided to leave and had the front help us obtain boxes to leave. I’ve heard from other people and family members that they’ve enjoyed eating at this location but I’m assuming Brittany was not their server and this could be a one off.

This was some of the worst food we have had. Dirty floors, cold food, no all you can eat fish and chips like they advertised. On a Friday and they were out of fish. It was supposed to go till 9 pm. We could see our food under the heat lamps for 20 minutes. We won’t be back. You should have tasted the kids grilled cheese, so bad. I ordered a bowl of soup and it came in a little teeny teeny 1/2 cup bowl or less. Salad was bad. Anyway it’s too bad.
9 of us went to breakfast today. We were seated right away, the days of long lines and people everywhere were missing. I think I know why. Service was awesome but the food has gone downhill bad. I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon and the biscuits and gravy. I asked for the eggs to be well done. For a start everything was served at the same time, which was great but what I got was disappointing. The eggs were ‘wet’ the bacon was half burnt half raw, the biscuits and gravy were cold and flavorless. My husband got the big breakfast, he said the only thing good was the sausages as everything else was cold. I dared to send my eggs back because I can’t stand wet eggs, they showed me by bringing them back a solid brown color. The coffee and orange juice was great. We paid $168, which was fair priced but only if the food had been good. I see why there weren’t any lines of people. The waitress did get a $80 tip so she was great but we won’t be returning anytime soon. It’s sad that they just don’t even try anymore. It doesn’t matter how much food you put on a plate if it’s cold and flavorless.
