Please clean your bathrooms.
There is a liquid puddle in front of the toilet and barely any toilet paper. There is no paper towels and the air blower to dry hands is not working.
I also asked for a water and was told I had to buy something when my husband and I had bought coffees right before. Please do better Starbucks. I am in Starbucks almost every day across the country and at this specific location it could of been better

We used to come here so often after renovated service is suck and quality is going down. Our kids hot cocoa taste 👅 like water.

My fave place to pop a squat. Awesome vibe to study, get work done, meet or to just chill. My only complaint for ALL Starbucks is the lack of vegan friendly food... pastries, cake pops... Kudos for the breakfast sandwich. Add a few more items ??♀️

My mobile drink is always ready, but ANYTIME I get food they somehow miss it and it turns into a huge ordeal and extra 10 minute wait. I started going to the Smiths across the street instead.

We used to frequent this one because they were consistent and quick. After they reopened from the recent renovation, our drinks are constantly incorrect. I don’t know if it was staff changes or what, but we never receive what we order anymore. (Our drinks are not complicated with a bunch of modifications or anything, we just order basic drinks off the menu.) The order stickers on the cups will correctly state what we ordered, but the drink itself will be something totally different. We know Starbucks will remake your drink no problem, but that’s not always an easy option when you’re going through the drive thru and don’t have the time to go back for a new drink. Unfortunately, we will be going to a different location from now on.

Walked over on a nice day only to see they had their lobby locked.. never seen a Starbucks lock its lobby up :( I had to walk all the way home to grab my car. Not how I hoped my morning to start

I have been in the neighborhood for a year now and every single time I’ve been here the service has been terribly slow. Busy, empty, it doesn’t matter. I don’t understand how service could be so slow when there are 6 people on shift and no one in the cafe and maybe one or two vehicles in the drive through. For someone who worked in the coffee business for roughly ten years of my youth it just bewilders me how slow this location is.

Has a pretty bad drive-thru setup but their speed and service makes up for it. The drive-thru fits 2 cars before ordering and when it starts to get busy, people seem to be confused on where to line up. They make up for it by being one of the fastest Starbucks around so the parking lot/drive-thru doesn’t get too backed up.
