The number of times I have ordered a sprite based drink and received carbonated water because the syrup ran out is over half of the drinks I have ordered at this location. I am a coffee drinker so I rarely indulge in Swig. I will probably never go back to this location after receiving plain carbonated water today. I ordered a riptide with no raspberry puree. That shit should have been pink at the very least… Drive a little out of your way and go to the location in the Dan’s parking lot on 20th and Ft Union.

I love swig but this drive thru takes a really long time every single time I come. Half the time, there is nobody to take your order and I have to pull ahead to the window to order. I just don’t understand how it could take so long to make a soda at 10 am?

The girls that work in the evenings here have the worst attitudes. They are very rude and seeing even a smile would be shocking. I would for sure recommend going to Dutch Bros over Swig because of this.

We walked in for a swig and we waited 20 minutes and not a single walk in order was taken. All the workers were prioritizing the drive thru. We walked out after 20 minutes because we decided to go to a different location.

I’m not usually one to complain, but wow my experience was absolutely awful. I often get on to write the best reviews, but this had to be said. I waited for 20 minutes for one soda. I’ve been to many soda shops and this is by far the worst. I stood at the cash register, the only one in line, and watched them fill order after order in the drive thru while being told “sorry, just a minute!” If I had gone through the drive through my wait would’ve been cut in half at least. I thought going in would be a quicker experience, but they prioritized the drive thru much more than inside. So bizarre. Never going back.

The girl at the register was incredibly sweet, but as I was waiting for the online order that said it’d be done at 1:50, i noticed over half of the people working were not even doing anything. We have waited over 15 minutes for the drink and the people who ordered after us got served before we did.
Placed my very 1st Swig order via Uber Eats...it provides an option for "refill". My Dr. Spice was soooooooo DELICIOUS 😋 I went back 2 hours later for the refill and bought a different drink to try, only to be greeted with "So you know, we don't refill styrofoam only our plastic tumblers, so you won't be getting another refill" 😤 I ordered thru Uber Eats and used what they gave me for a refill...So readers... Make note of that if you order using an app and the store should make note for future orders... 👍🏽 Awesome Customer Service 😤

Terrible staff everytime I come here. Judging by the multiple reviews lately about how bad the staff is, it might be time to do something. Also, maybe be a little more mindful with your tablet straps to avoid hitting customers cars with the hard plastic. While clearly and accident and not that big of a deal, to not acknowledge it or act like you care that you did it is quite disrespectful to your customers property.

Some of the worst employees. You can tell this company doesn’t pay well. Only people ever hired are snotty teenagers that don’t give a crap. This last time we sat at the menu for a while with no one coming. Finally gave up waiting after 5 minutes and went to the window just to be told get back in line which now has 3 other cars ahead.

I’ve been to Swig locations many of times but this was the first. Got there 9:30pm excited to get my diet Dr Pepper with light ice. I was the only vehicle but after about 5 minutes waiting blankly staring at the menu no one ever came to take my order. I even opened up google to triple check they didn’t change their hours. Not sure if the staff decided to take off early…I was there an hour before they closed and the back door was open with music playing. Ended up reversing out and left empty handed. Could really use a pink sugar cookie about now
