The service at restaurants in Utah have been superb and Tiburon still manages to stand out. From start to finish even with kids they provide such attentive and efficient service. I got to try some of my son’s rib eye which was stellar but my plate the elk tenderloin entree is Michelin quality. Absolutely perfect with a complimentary mix of sides that enhanced the flavor. Our party of 5 had a very enjoyable evening at Tiburon with great service. The food was delicious and we appreciated the fact that a very nice salad was included with the entree. Even though we were full, we managed to find room to share a few desserts. The white chocolate cheesecake and chocolate mousse were both very good. We especially appreciated the fact that it was quiet enough to have a conversation without shouting. We will definitely return!
Cozy seating, amazing food, and the service was on point. I'm not boushie enough for this place, but I aspire to be. Started with the beets and burrata followed by the New Zealand elk steak, definitely going to be dreaming about that for a while.
